This is your chance to trial the eQuick eVysor before you buy it. It is a great way to make sure that the evysor will work for your horse. To read more information on this amazing product please see here.
How it works...
- A deposit (the cost of the evysor) is taken before it is sent, on returning this the deposit is refunded less the hire charge of £22. The hire charge is for the period of 10 days.
- However, if you decide after your trial you wish to purchase there is no hire charge, we will send you out a new one in your choice of colour once the trial pair are returned. If you change your mind on the colour there may be an additional cost to pay (for example if you trial a transparent but wish to purchase the mirror version) or we may need to refund you the price difference depending on what you decide.
- We will only send a new evysor once the hire pair are returned back to us and are deemed to be in original condition. It is extremely important that you take good care of this item while it is on hire - as with any sunglasses they are susceptible to scratching. Please do not leave your horse alone with this evysor on. Any damage will be assessed and associated costs applied.
- We recommend sending the evysor back to us via a tracked and signed for service - we can not accept responsibility for any loss during transit back to us if you use your own courier. You can choose to use our returns service which is chargeable. More details of this are available once the returns process is started.
Terms & Conditions:
1. We will send the evysor out on a next day delivery service so once dispatched you will receive them the next day and be able to start using immediately (UK mainland only). The trial starts on the day the goods arrive with you.
2. The evysor is to be returned within 14 DAYS of the date of dispatch otherwise you will be charged additional hire costs of £2 a day. We recommend contacting us to arrange their return after a week's use to let us know you will be returning them and to also allow enough time for them to be sent back.
3. The evysor is to be returned to us in a clean and good condition (please return in the same condition as you received it)
4. Any loss/damage/cleaning costs will calculated and will be expected to be covered by the person who has hired the item.
5. Please ensure the evysor is returned in adequate packaging (we suggest you re-use the box we sent the item in and package it as we have when returning). Please ensure the bag and cloth cover is also kept clean.
