The UHIP Mid Length Trench is a multifunctional, lightweight riding coat has a feminine yet classic style. The coat is available in two lengths - this MID version sits around half way up the leg/just above the knee depending on your height.  It is recommended over the LONG version for the more petite rider (5 ft 4 or under from our experience) or those who prefer a shorter length of coat.  Offering protection from rain and wind, both in the saddle and around the stable. With a high water resistance rating. Since the coat is unlined, you can use it all year round by regulating what you have underneath.

About the UHIP Trench:

• The Trench can be used as a two layer system with the wool hybrid liner (sold seperately), providing maximum flexibility as you can adjust it to the outside temperature.
• The coat is water resistant up to 10.000mm with taped zips for greater water resistance. 
• Ventilation holes under the sleeves and with mesh under the yoke on the back
• The two-way zipper at the front and the slit at the back with buttons make the coat functional even on horseback. The elastic leg straps hold the coat in place. The coat also has a fold-down cuff that protects the hand and glove from rain and wrist protection with holes for the thumb.
• Made from a light but durable 100% recycled polyester fabric with mechanical stretch that creates comfort and freedom of movement
• Reflective details around zippers and on the back

Those that spend time outdoors in unpredictable, wet spring/summer/autumn weather. Within the addition of a liner (purchased seperately) it can also be used during colder weather which means it is an extremely practical and multi-functional coat. With this coat you simply adjust how you wear it depending on weather.

• When closing
  • Pull the upper slider down, until it touches the bottom slider.
  • Insert the separable pin to the very bottom of the bottom slider. (Incomplete insertion may cause problems.)
  • Pull the upper slider up with your hand.
• When opening
  • Pull the slider down completely, until it touches the bottom slider.
  • Gently pull out the separable pin with your hand.

Buttons

The pushbuttons are designed to fulfil the functionality of the garments. We recommend you to unbutton with care and avoid ripping them apart.
